You are responsible for following the terms of the platforms you stream to (such as YouTube, Twitch, Kick, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook).

Refunds: your first purchase includes a 14-day money-back guarantee; renewals are not refunded mid-period. See the Refund Policy for details.

Cancellation: you may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by email; access continues until the end of the paid period and no further charges are made. Prices for an uninterrupted subscription remain unchanged.
